Like my Online Coaching plan, the Online Backpacking Coaching plan is designed to give you the benefits of having a personal trainer in your pocket, with all the backpacking specific coaching.
The most common injuries during a backpacking or hiking trip are to the knees, ankles and lower back. Although injuries are common, most of them are preventable with proper preparation.
This coaching plan is designed to help you have an injury-free adventure and reduce the likelihood of needing a very expensive rescue or otherwise ruining your trip.
The best ways to remain injury free are proper packing and getting strong!
This plan will focus on getting you adventure-strong and prepare for your upcoming trip.
Backpacking Preparation Coaching includes:

Online coaching is a subscription service, with a minimum two month commitment. After the initial two months, payments will be direct debited monthly until you wish to cancel.
