Please complete BLOCK 1 first.
This is a foundational strength program for new and intermediate strength trainees. Each block is designed to run for six-weeks and there are three blocks.
This block will introduce some new supplementary exercises, power development, and add further challenges to continue your progression.
The program is done three days a week and focuses on:
– Squat
– Overhead or Bench Press
– Deadlift

Coach Josh Wood is a personal trainer and backpacking coach who lives in Hobart, Tasmania. Working as a Wilderness Guide in Tasmania, he noticed the amount of injuries received by guides and hikers that were completely preventable! Using his years of practical experience and knowledge he focuses on helping people have injury-free adventures that give them stories to last a lifetime.
