BLOCK 3 of 3
Please complete BLOCK 1 & 2 first.
This is a foundational strength program for new and intermediate strength trainees. Each block is designed to run for six-weeks and there are three blocks.
BLOCK 3 contains a peaking, testing, and deload program. This is the most technical of the training blocks. This program will prepare you to test your strength and then lead you into a recovery micro-block.
The program is done three days a week and focuses on:
– Overhead or Bench Press
